摘　　要：目的探讨护理目标管理策略结合早期分级康复训练对颅脑损伤后机械通气患者肌力及康复情况的影响。方法选取2022年1月至12月我科收治的96例颅脑损伤后机械通气患者,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各48例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上实施护理目标管理策略结合早期分级康复训练。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的英国医学研究委员会(MRC)肌力分级优于对照组,美国国立卫生院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分低于对照组,Barthel指数高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的机械通气时间、ICU住院时间短于对照组,不良事件总发生率低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理目标管理策略结合早期分级康复训练有助于改善颅脑损伤后机械通气患者肌力,促进神经功能恢复和日常生活活动能力提高,值得推广。Objective To explore the effects of nursing goal management strategy combined with early graded rehabilitation training on muscle strength and rehabilitation of patients with mechanical ventilation after craniocerebral injury.Methods A total of 96 patients with mechanical ventilation after craniocerebral injury admitted in our department from January to December 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given nursing goal management strategy combined with early graded rehabilitation training on the basis of routine nursing.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the British Medical Research Council(MRC)muscle strength grading of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score was lower than that of the control group,and the Barthel index was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The mechanical ventilation time and ICU hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the total incidence of adverse events was lower than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing goal management strategy combined with early graded rehabilitation training can help improve the muscle strength of patients with mechanical ventilation after craniocerebral injury,promote the recovery of neurological function and the improvement of activities of daily living.It is worth promoting.
