腕踝针联合个性化疼痛护理对混合痔术后疼痛的干预效果

摘　　要：目的探讨腕踝针联合个性化疼痛护理对混合痔术后疼痛的干预效果。方法选取2022年2月至2023年2月我院收治的110例混合痔患者为研究对象,按照收治时间不同依次将其分为对照组(n=30,常规疼痛护理)、观察组(n=40,个性化疼痛护理)及研究组(n=40,腕踝针联合个性化疼痛护理)。比较三组的疼痛程度、心理状态、依从性及护理满意度。结果术后1、2、3 d,三组的视觉模拟评分量表(VAS)评分均低于护理前,观察组的VAS评分低于对照组,研究组的VAS评分低于观察组及对照组(P<0.05)。术后3 d,三组的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均显著低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,研究组低于观察组及对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,三组的依从性与护理满意度评分均显著高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,研究组高于观察组及对照组(P<0.05)。结论腕踝针联合个性化疼痛护理可显著降低混合痔术后患者的疼痛程度,改善其焦虑、抑郁等负面情绪,提高患者依从性及护理满意度,值得临床应用与推广。Objective To explore the intervention effect of wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with personalized pain nursing on postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 110 patients with mixed hemorrhoids admitted in our hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group(n=30,routine pain nursing),observation group(n=40,personalized pain nursing)and study group(n=40,wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with personalized pain nursing)according to different treatment time.The pain degree,psychological state,compliance and nursing satisfaction of the three groups were compared.Results At 1,2 and 3 d after operation,the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score of the three groups was lower than that before nursing,and that of the observation group was lower than the control group,that of the study group was lower than the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).At 3 d after operation,the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the three groups were significantly lower than those before nursing,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group,and those in the study group were lower than the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the compliance and nursing satisfaction scores of the three groups were significantly higher than those before nursing,and those of the observation group were higher than the control group,those of the study group were higher than the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with personalized pain nursing can significantly reduce the pain degree of patients after mixed hemorrhoids operation,improve their anxiety and depression negative emotions,and enhance their compliance and nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
