优质护理在院前急救车祸伤患者中的应用效果及对抢救成功率的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理在院前急救车祸伤患者中的应用效果及对抢救成功率的影响。方法选取2022年1月至12月在我院进行救治的108例车祸伤患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各54例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施优质护理。比较两组的救治效率、预后、抢救成功率、并发症发生情况及家属满意度。结果观察组的急诊反应时间、转运时间、接诊时间、现场救治时间、辅助检查时间短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的痊愈率、抢救成功率高于对照组,残疾率、死亡或植物率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的护理服务态度、急救护理操作、护理效果、转运速度评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理可提高车祸伤患者院前急救的急救效率及急救成功率,降低残疾率、死亡或植物率,减少并发症发生,提高家属满意度,值得临床推广及应用。Objective To explore the application effect of high quality nursing in pre-hospital emergency patients with car accident injury and its influence on the success rate of rescue.Methods A total of 108 patients with car accident injury who were treated in our hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 54 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received high quality nursing.The treatment efficiency,prognosis,rescue success rate,complications and family satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The emergency response time,transfer time,admission time,on-site treatment time and auxiliary examination time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The cure rate and rescue success rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the disability rate,death or plant rate were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of nursing service attitude,emergency nursing operation,nursing effect and transport speed in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing can improve the first aid efficiency and success rate of pre-hospital emergency for patients with car accident injury,reduce the disability rate,death or plant rate,decrease complications,and improve family satisfaction.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
