摘 要:目的探讨基于赏识教育引导的护理干预结合互动式健康教育对支气管哮喘患儿医嘱执行及医疗恐惧的影响。方法选择2021年12月至2022年11月收治的150例支气管哮喘患儿为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各75例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上加基于赏识教育引导的护理干预结合互动式健康教育进行干预。比较两组的干预效果。结果观察组的医嘱执行情况优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的儿童医疗恐惧量表(CMFS)各维度评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组家属的疾病知识、服药知识、紧急处理措施及饮食知识评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于赏识教育引导的护理干预结合互动式健康教育不仅能有效提高支气管哮喘患儿的医嘱执行情况,消除患儿医疗恐惧,还能增强患儿家属的健康知识掌握程度,值得应用及推广。Objective To explore the effects of nursing intervention based on appreciation education guidance combined with interactive health education on the implementation of medical orders and medical fear in children with bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 150 children with bronchial asthma admitted from December 2021 to November 2022 were selected as the research objects.The children were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given nursing intervention based on appreciation education guidance combined with interactive health education on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The implementation of medical orders in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of each dimension of the Child Medical Fear Scale(CMFS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of disease knowledge,medication knowledge,emergency treatment measures and diet knowledge of family members in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention based on appreciation education guidance combined with interactive health education can not only effectively improve the implementation of medical orders for children with bronchial asthma,eliminate the medical fear of children,but also enhance the mastery of health knowledge of children's family members,which is worthy of application and promotion.
