摘 要:全固态连续单模绿光激光器具有转化效率高、结构紧凑稳定、空间光束质量好、寿命长等优点,在量子光学、原子物理、激光医疗、激光显示等领域具有广阔的应用前景。本文设计了全固态连续单模Pr^(3+):YLF绿光激光器,采用高功率蓝光半导体激光器泵浦掺杂离子数分数为0.5%的Pr^(3+):YLF激光晶体,设计了腔内损耗较小的两镜驻波谐振腔结构,当蓝光泵浦功率为15W时,获得了最高输出功率为650mW的522nmTEM_(00)模稳定绿光激光的输出,光-光转化效率为4.3%,4.5h内长期功率稳定性优于±1.5%,光束质量因子M优于1.18。Objective All-solid-statea continuous wave(CW)single-mode green lasers have the advantages of high conversion efficiency,compact and stable structure,good beam quality and long-life time.They have been widely applied in many science and technology fields,such as quantum optics,atom cooling and trapping,holography,and interferometry and so on.Moreover,they can be extended to deep ultraviolet lasers through nonlinear frequency techniques to further meet the requirements of scien-tific research such as semiconductor detection,grating writing,lithography,biophotonics,etc.In addition,because the absorption spectra of Ti:sapphire crystal is in the blue green band,the green lasers are also available as the pump sources for Ti:sapphire laser systems.Method The traditional ways to obtain green lasers are second harmonic generations(SHGs)of all-solid-state near-infrared lasers in the internal or external cavities,which resulted in complicated structures.With the recent progress of semiconductor tech-niques,the green diode lasers have also been succesfully realized with the reduced system complexity.However,they have wide linewidth and poor beam quality due to the material intrinsic defects,which limits their applications in scientific research.Com-paratively,Trivalent praseodymium(Pr^(3+))is recognized as one of the most efficient rare-earth ions for direct emission of green laser because its intense radiative transtions are in the visible spectral and the Pr^(3+)-doped crystals can be directly pumped by the diode laser.Moreover,the green laser from Pr+can be easily extended to ultraviolet(UV)laser only by a single step of SHG,while UV laser based on infrared laser near 1μum required at least two steps of SHG.Among all Pr^(3+)-doped laser crystals,Pr*:YLF is the most established laser crystal since it exhibits a longer upper state lfetime and smaller photon energy.Therefore,it is of great sig-nificance to study the all-solid-state CW Pr^(3+):YLF green laser.Conclusion In this paper,an efficient all-solid-state CW Pr:YLF g
