摘 要:变压器内局部放电定位是变压器绝缘安全的重要研究课题。基于超声阵列传感器的MUSIC算法进行局放源方位估计时,具有计算量大、耗时长,无法保证检测精度的缺点。本文作者提出一种将PSO算法与MUSIC算法结合的多局放信号方位估计方法。首先,信号搜索用PSO算法迭代寻优替代MUSIC算法的网格遍历,能大幅减少算法的计算量、提高检测精度;其次,PSO算法采用随迭代次数变化的惯性权重,提高算法检测精度;最后,提出种群模糊搜索方法解决PSO算法无法同时搜索多个局放源的问题,能不损失种群数量进行迭代寻优。仿真结果表明,PSO-MUSIC算法比MUSIC算法具有更高的检测精度及更好的实时性,检测角度精度RMSE达到0.1°,检测速度较MUSIC算法提高75%。PSO-MUSIC算法更符合工程背景下的实际需求。Partial discharge location in transformer is an important research topic of transformer insulation safety.When the MUSIC algorithm is used to estimate the direction of the partial discharge source,it has amount of calculation,time consumption and inability to guarantee the detection accuracy.A multi-partial discharge signal azimuth estimation method combining PSO algorithm and MUSIC algorithm is proposed.Firstly,the signal search uses the PSO algorithm to iteratively optimize the grid traversal of the MUSIC algorithm,which can greatly reduce the computational complexity of the algorithm and improve the detection accuracy.Secondly,the PsO algorithm uses the inertia weight that changes with the number of iterations to improve the detection accuracy.Finally,a population fuzzy search method is proposed to search multiple partial discharge sources,and can perform iterative optimization without losing populations.The simulation results show that the PSO-MUSIC has higher detection accuracy and better real-time performance than the MUSIC.The angle RMSE reaches 0.1°,and the speed is 75%higher than the MUSIC.The PSO-MUSIC is more in line with the actual needs of the engineering background.
