摘 要:本文中作者基于缩短变压器温升试验所需时长和简化绕组断电时刻温度推算方法的目的展开研究。通过对试验升温阶段热传递过程的分析,提出了斜率判断法,实现在增大初始输入功率加快升温的情况下,可根据实时斜率与初始斜率的数量关系,判断试验升温过程顶层油温是否已达到目标温度;此外,通过对冷却阶段热传递过程的分析,建立了变压器绕组温度的下降模型,得出绕组温度在断电后短时间内呈线性下降的结论,以达到快速准确求解断电时刻绕组温度的目的。通过将方法实际应用于变压器温升试验中,并与绕组温度拟合曲线结果的对比,证明了斜率判断法的可行性,以及绕组温度在断电后短时间内线性下降的趋势。The purpose of this study is to shorten the time required for transformer temperature rise test and simplify the calculation method of winding temperature at the moment the power is cut off.Based on the analysis of the heat transfer process in the heating stage of the test,the slope judgment method is put forward,which can realize whether the top oil temperature has reached the target temperature according to the quantitative relationship between the real-time slope and the initial slope when the initial input power is increased to accelerate the temperature rise.In addition,through the analysis of the heat transfer process in the cooling stage,the decreasing model of transformer winding temperature is established,and the conclusion is drawn that the winding temperature decreases linearly for a short time after the power is cut off,so as to achieve the purpose of quickly and accurately solving the winding temperature at the time the power is cut off.By applying the method to transformer temperature rise test and comparing with the fitting curve results of winding temperature,the feasibility of slope judgment method is proved,as well as the linear decline trend of winding temperature in a short time after the power is cut off.
