330 MW燃煤锅炉污泥掺混燃烧与NO_(x)排放的数值模拟

摘  要:以某330 MW四角切圆燃煤锅炉为研究对象,开展混煤燃烧以及混煤掺烧污泥的数值模拟研究,并探究污泥适应性,重点关注掺烧后机组的燃烧特性变化。结果表明:烟煤与印尼煤混合燃烧的固定碳燃烧速率分别是烟煤单独燃烧、烟煤耦合俄罗斯煤燃烧的1.52倍和1.34倍。掺烧污泥对烟气流动特性影响有限,对平均温度影响较小。进一步对NO_(x)的排放特性研究发现,在印尼煤掺烧中引入城市污泥后,出口NO_(x)浓度降低约21 mg/m_(3),印尼煤泥混烧时的NO_(x)浓度低于烟煤与印尼煤混烧工况。A 330 MW four-corner tangential coal-fired boiler was taken as the research object to carry out numerical simulation studies on coal-blended combustion and coal-blended sludge,and to explore the adaptability of sludge,focusing on the changes in combustion characteristics of the unit after blended com-bustion.The results show that the fixed carbon combustion rate of bituminous coal mixed with Indonesian coal is 1.52 times and 1.34 times that of bituminous coal burning alone and bituminous coal coupled with Russian coal combustion,respectively.The blended combustion of sludge has limited impact on the flow characteristics of flue gas and has a small impact on the average temperature.Further research on the emission characteristics of NO_(x)found that the introduction of urban sludge into the blended combustion of In-donesian coal reduced the outlet NOx concentration by about 21 mg/m_(3),and the NO_(x)concentration during the blended combustion of Indonesian coal slime was lower than that of bituminous coal and Indonesian coal.
