摘 要:为实现高炉数字化炼铁,定量监测高炉送风系统各风口风量,通过编写自动化建模、网格划分、迭代求解和数据可视化等脚本自主搭建了京唐5 500 m^(3)高炉送风系统在线仿真模型,并通过该在线仿真模型对特大型高炉送风系统热风流动过程及风口速度分布规律进行了研究,详细分析了风口长度、风口直径等参数及现场出现漏水情况对高炉圆周方向上风量分配均匀性的影响。To achieve digital ironmaking in blast furnace and quantitatively monitor the blast system flux of each tuyere,an online simulation model for the blast system of Jingtang 5500 m^(3) blast furnace was independently built by writing scripts for automated modeling,grid partitioning,iterative solving,and data visualization.The online simulation model was used to study the hot air flow process and velocity distribution of the blast system in the extra large blast furnace,and the effects of parameters such as tuyere length and length,as well as on-site water leakage,on the uniformity of air distribution in the circumferential direction of the blast furnace were analyzed in detail.
