摘  要:介绍了轧钢加热炉技术发展现状,主要简述了通过优化炉型设计、优化炉衬结构、提高烟气余热回收利用、汽化冷却技术的应用可实现加热炉节能,通过低氮烧嘴的应用、配合脉冲控制模式精确控制燃烧过程,可降低烟气污染物排放浓度,随着新技术的应用,也有利于改善加热炉的加热质量,提高加热炉的技术性能。This article introduces the current state of technological development in steel rolling heating furnaces.It primarily outlines how energy savings in heating furnaces can be achieved through optimizing furnace design,improving furnace lining structures,enhancing the recovery and utilization of waste heat from flue gases,and applying vaporization cooling technology.By utilizing low-nitrogen burners in con-junction with pulse control modes for precise combustion process management,it is possible to reduce the emission concentration of pollutants in flue gases.With the application of new technologies,it also helps to improve the heating quality of the furnaces and enhance their technical performance.
