摘  要:退火炉为冷轧连续退火机组的核心工艺段,其中ATC炉段为管冷炉段,碳套辊作为ATC炉段的重控设备,直接影响机组的顺稳运行及产品质量。本文重点对碳套辊的典型故障进行了深入分析,并提出优化设计方案。通过增加端部碳套防脱落护罩,有效解决了端部碳套破碎掉落导致的炉辊卡阻问题;通过优化操作侧轴承座安装结构,彻底解决了辊芯热线性膨胀带来的轴承抱死故障;此外,对轴承座进行优化通冷却水,使得轴承润滑工况得到明显改善。Annealing furnace is the core process section of the cold rolling continuous annealing unit,the ATC furnace section is the tube cooling furnace section,and the carbon sleeve roller is the recontrol equipment of the ATC furnace section,which directly affects the smooth and stable operation of the line and the product quality.This paper focuses on the in-depth analysis of the typical faults of the carbon sleeve roller,and puts forward the optimal design scheme.By adding the anti-falling cover of the end of the carbon sleeve,the problem of the furnace roller sticking caused by the broken and falling of the end carbon sleeve is effectively solved.By optimizing the installation structure of the bearing seat on the work side,the bearing lock fault caused by linear thermal expansion of the roller core is completely solved.In addition,the bearing seat is optimized for cooling water,so that the bearing lubrication condition is significantly improved.
