摘 要:为了探究电加热辊底炉中的控温热电偶位置对炉温均匀性的影响,通过静态箱式标温结合动态黑匣子标温研究了电加热辊底炉中控温热电偶位置对炉温均匀性的影响。结果表明,在炉子结构固定,电加热元件布置固定的情况下,炉子中控温热电偶的插入深度以及距炉子中心线的位置都能直接影响炉内的温度均匀性。让控温热电偶的检测点位于炉内温度相对偏低的位置,能适当提高炉内的整体温度,有利于提高炉温均匀性。To explore the impact of the temperature control thermocouple position in an electrically heated roller hearth furnace on the uniformity of furnace temperature,the effect of the temperature control thermocouple position on the uniformity of furnace temperature in an electrically heated roller hearth furnace through static box temperature calibration combined with dynamic black box temperature calibration is studied.The results show that under the condition of fixed furnace structure and fixed arrangement of electric heating elements,the insertion depth of the temperature control thermocouple in the furnace and its position from the center line of the furnace can directly affect the temperature uniformity inside the furnace.Placing the detection point of the temperature control thermocouple at a relatively low temperature position inside the furnace can appropriately increase the overall temperature inside the furnace,which is conducive to improving the uniformity of furnace temperature.
