某水厂出厂水色度升高应急处理实例

摘  要:针对氨氮、锰复合污染的低浊度原水导致出厂水色度升高的问题,通过原因分析、模拟试验,确定出厂水色度升高是由于NaClO投加量增加使得滤后水中Mn^(2+)被氧化成MnO_(2)所致。试验结果表明,针对锰引起的色度问题,在保持加氯量不变的条件下,辅助投加0.30 mg/L的KMnO_(4)和4 mg/L的粉末活性炭可有效去除低浊度原水中的锰。根据试验结果进行生产性试验,运行数日后出厂水水质均符合要求。Aiming at the issue that the low turbidity raw water contaminated by ammonia nitrogen and manganese resulted in the increase of the chroma of the product water,the cause analysis and simulation test confirmed that the increase in the chroma of the product water was attributed to the oxidation of Mn^(2+)to MnO_(2)in the filtered water due to the elevated dosage of NaClO.To solve the chroma issue resulting from manganese,the manganese in raw water with low turbidity could be effectively removed by adding 0.30 mg/L of KMnO_(4)and 4 mg/L of powdered activated carbon while keeping the dosage of NaClO unchanged.Based on the test outcomes,the production test was conducted,and the effluent quality met the requirements after several days of operation.
