摘  要:科学研究是专业性较强的学术活动。科研评价是一种检验科研人员专业发展水平的措施,是科研管理的关键环节和主要任务。高校教师是科学研究的主力之一,其专业发展与高校的发展相互依存。传统上主要依靠管理来发展和评价科学研究,然而目前不合理的科研评价导致科研乱象频发。因此,需要探索适合中国国情的科研评价体系,让科研评价回归创新评价本位。应坚持以人为本,依靠激励来发展科学研究,推动高校教师的专业发展,促使更多人潜心科研并获得相应的成果回报。Scientific research is a highly professional academic activity.Scientific research evaluation is a measure to test the professional development level of scientific research personnel,and it is the key link and main task of scientific research management.Teachers in institutions of higher learning are one of the main forces of scientific research,and their professional development is interdependent with the development of institutions of higher learning.However,traditionally,scientific research has been developed and evaluated mainly by management.At present,unreasonable scientific research evaluation leads to frequent scientific research disorder.Therefore,it is necessary to explore a scientific research evaluation system suitable for China's national conditions,so that scientific research evaluation can return to the innovative evaluation standard.We should adhere to the people-oriented,rely on motivations to develop scientific research,promote the professional development of teachers in institutions of higher learning,and encourage more people to devote themselves to scientific research and obtain the corresponding results.
