摘 要:随着掘进作业机械化水平不断提高,粉尘问题日趋严重,为了从掘进机不同截割条件导致煤体破碎产尘差异性的角度实现降尘,基于截割产尘试验系统对掘进机不同截割推进速度、旋转速度和截齿尖锥角度的产尘特性进行研究。研究发现:随着截割推进速度的增大,产尘量先减小后增加;随着截割旋转速度或截齿尖锥角度的增大,产尘量均逐渐减小。该研究成果可为掘进工艺参数的调整提供一定的指导意义。With the continuous improvement of the mechanization level of excavating operation,the dust problem is becoming more and more serious.In order to achieve dust reduction from the perspective of the difference of dust production in coal crushing caused by different cutting conditions of the excavating machine,the dust production characteristics of the excavating machine at different cutting propulsion speed,rotation speed and cutting tooth tip Angle are studied based on the cutting dust production test system.The results show that with the increase of cutting speed,the dust production first decreases and then increases;With the increase of cutting rotation speed or cutting tooth tip Angle,the dust production gradually decreases.The research results can be of guiding significance for the adjustment of the technological parameters of excavation.
