摘 要:介绍两种齿轨轮齿形结构,并采用有限元分析方法,对不同工况条件下两种齿轨轮齿形结构的啮合情况进行仿真分析,进而分别获取不同工况条件下的齿面接触应力和齿根弯曲应力,由此确认一种最佳的齿轨轮齿形方案,将其应用于工程实践,检验齿轨轮齿形方案的有效性。The control accuracy of thermal generator has a great influence on the improvement of power generation efficiency.In order to further improve the accuracy of genetic control of three rings(position ring,velocity ring and current ring)of thermal generator,genetic algorithm is selected to adjust the spindle parameters.On the basis of identifying parameters to variable gain PI control,the convergence speed is realized by setting the inertia weight coefficient.The following performance is significantly improved by conducting the feed test from the aspect of linear signal.The results show that the following error is lower and the following performance is better under the feed condition.Compared with the manual experience method,the absolute error extremum and absolute error integral of the three-ring genetic control method are reduced by about 30%,and the following error is better and the following performance is improved.This research is helpful to improve the control accuracy of thermal generator and can be extended to other types of motor control fields.
