摘 要:为了解决采煤机滚筒截割不同节理结构煤岩时截割参数的变化,利用数值模拟软件对不同节理结构煤岩的截割性能进行分析,发现随着节理角度不断增大,滚筒的破煤效率呈现逐步减小的趋势,滚筒截割比能耗逐步增大,相应的截割效率逐步降低。同时对不同牵引速度下的三向力进行分析,发现随着牵引速度的不断增大,此时过节理面的时间逐步减小,同时滚筒的三向受力呈现逐步增大的趋势,同时三向力中Z向力最大值最大。In order to address the changes in cutting parameters when the shearer drum cuts coal and rock with different joint structures,this paper uses numerical simulation software to analyze the cutting performance of coal and rock with different joint structures.It is found that as the joint angle continues to increase,the coal breaking efficiency of the drum shows a gradually decreasing trend,and the specific energy consumption of the drum cutting gradually increases,resuling in a corresponding reduction in cutting efficiency.At the same time,analysis was conducted on the three-dimensional forces under different traction speeds,and it was found that as the traction speed continued to increase,the time passing through the joint surface gradually decreased.At the same time,the three-dimensional force on the drum showed a gradual increase trend,and among the three-dimensional forces,the maximum value of the Z-direction force was the highest.
