摘 要:挖掘机工作装置作为挖掘机的关键组成部分,也是在作业中外载荷作用的初始位置,也是承载和传导外载荷的关键机构。以挖掘机工作装置为研究对象,基于SolidWorks三维建模软件建立了挖掘机工作装置的三维模型。结合其实际使用及应用场景,分析了工作装置随姿态变化过程中承受最大负载的工况,即承受外载荷最大的工作姿态,利用有限元分析软件对该工况下工作装置动臂和斗杆进行了静力学分析。研究结果对挖掘机工作装置结构优化和性能改善提供了参考依据。The excavator working device,as an important component of the excavator,is the initial position of external load action during its operation process and also the key mechanism for carrying and conducting external loads.This article takes the excavator working device as the research object and establishes a 3D model of the excavator working device based on Solidworks 3D modeling software.Combined with its actual use and application scenarios,the working condition that the working device bears the maximum load in the process of changing with the attitude,that is,the working attitude that bears the maximum external load,is analyzed.The statics analysis of the boom and stick of the working device under this condition is carried out using the finite element analysis software.The research results provide a reference basis for optimizing the structure and improving the performance of excavator working devices.
