摘 要:系统研究了正常状态下和非正常状态下管线运行性能与通风机运行性能的关系,并绘制了相关的关系曲线图,揭示了通风机在运行过程中失速和喘振形成原理;并基于流体力学软件CFD建立三维数值模型模拟矿井通风机噪音形成的内在机理。研究结果表明,在通风机正常运转时,通风机最外侧位置处分贝数值较通风机中部位置处分贝数值小,但相差不大,均值分别为130 dB、132 dB,而通风机轮毂位置处分贝数值较低,均值为115 dB,可以为煤矿通风机维修提供理论指导,保障矿井内空气的持续流通。The relationship between the operating performance of the pipeline and the operating performance of the ventilator under normal and abnormal conditions was systematically studied,and the relevant relationship curve diagrams were drawn to reveal the principles of the formation of stalling and wheezing of the ventilator in the process of operation;and a three-dimensional numerical model was established to simulate the intrinsic mechanism of the formation of the noise of the mine ventilator based on the CFD software of the hydrodynamic software.The results show that during normal operation of the ventilator,the decibel value at the outermost position of the ventilator is smaller than that at the middle position of the ventilator,but the difference is not big,with the mean values of 130db and 132db,respectively,and the decibel value at the hub position of the ventilator is lower,with the mean value of 115db,which can provide theoretical guidance for the maintenance of the ventilator of the coal mine and safeguard the continuous flow of the air in the mine.
