摘 要:为提高煤炭综采生产效率,实现带式输送机机尾快速推移,设计了带式输送机用迈步式自移机尾。通过Solidworks软件建立了迈步式自移机尾滑枕的三维结构模型,分析了迈步式自移机尾滑枕的结构组成。采用ANSYS Workbench软件对迈步式自移机尾的滑枕进行有限元强度分析,结果表明:该迈步式自移机尾强度满足实际工作的需要,保证了迈步式自移机尾的结构安全性。In order to improve the production efficiency of comprehensive coal mining and realize the rapid movement of the belt conveyor tail,the step-type self-moving tail for belt conveyor was designed.The three-dimensional structure model of the step-type self-moving tail ram was established by SOLIDWORKS software,and the structural composition of the step-type self-moving tail ram was analyzed.The finite element strength analysis of the ram of the step-type self-moving tail was carried out by ANSYS Workbench sofware,and the results showed that the strength of the step-type self-moving tail met the needs of actual work and ensured the structural safety of the step-type self-moving tail.
