煤矿可伸缩带式运煤输送机传动装置的设计

摘　　要：针对带式运煤输送机的传动装置关键部件,以安全高效为目标,在固定式带式输送机上追加了传送带卷绕装置、存储装置和可伸缩尾部。根据已知的原始数据和工作条件,计算电机的功率,最终选择2台YBS40-4S隔爆型三相异步电动机。设计的减速器采用三级齿轮传动,第一组采用弧齿锥齿轮传动副,齿数Z_(1)=11、Z_(2)=29,模数m=7.75;第二组采用圆柱斜齿轮传动副,齿数Z_(1)=17、Z_(2)=54,模数m=5;第三组采用圆柱齿轮传动副,齿数Z_(1)=15、Z_(2)=44,模数m=7。总传动比i=24.56。该研究为煤矿可伸缩带式运煤输送机传动方案的设计提供了一定的参考。Aiming at the key components of the transmission device of the belt coal conveyor,the goal is to be safe and efficient.Based on the fixed belt conveyor,a design scheme of retractable function is proposed.In order to realize this function,the conveyor belt winding device,storage device and retractable tail are added to the fixed belt conveyor.According to the known original data and working conditions,the power of the motor is calculated and two YBS40-4S flameproof three-phase asynchronous motors are finally selected.The designed reducer adopts three-stage gear transmission.The first group adopts spiral bevel gear transmission pair,Z_(1)=11,Z_(2)=29,modulus m=7.75.The second group adopts cylindrical helical gear transmission pair,Z_(1)=17,Z_(2)=54,modulus m=5.The third group adopts cylindrical gear transmission pair,Z_(1)=15,Z_(2)=44,modulus m=7.The total transmission ratio is i=24.56.It provides some reference for the design of the transmission scheme of the retractable belt coal conveyor in coal mine.
