摘  要:传统的船舶测深装置的安装,尤其是通道和一些特殊舱室,会受到钢制甲板变形和甲板敷料施工厚度误差带来的与设计理论高度相差较大而带来的影响,导致出现测深装置测量出来的液舱液位不准确的问题。针对上述问题主要研究一种满足测深不受甲板敷料厚度影响的调式测深装置,是一种适用于舱室甲板敷料型的测深装置。甲板敷料厚度施工存在误差,如果前期没有敷料要求,后期增加或者敷料厚度有更改,都会导致测深管和测深装置的动火更改,该可调式舱室甲板敷料型测深装置是既解决误差带来的影响又要解决设计更改导致的问题,又是满足规范和设计图纸要求的情况下采用的。The installation of traditional ship depth measuring device,especially the passage and some special compartments,will be affected by the deformation of the steel deck and deck dressing construction thickness error brought about by a large difference with the design of the theoretical height,resulting in the emergence of the problem of inaccuracy of the liquid level of the liquid compartment measured by the depth measuring device.For the above problems this paper focuses on the study of a meet depth measurement is not affected by the thickness of the deck dressings adjustable depth sounding device,is a suitable for compartment deck dressings type of depth sounding device.Deck dressing thickness construction error exists,if there is no dressing requirements in the early stage,the later increase or dressing thickness has changed,will lead to depth sounding tube and depth sounding device of the dynamic change,the adjustable cabin deck dressing type depth sounding device is both to solve the impact of error and to solve the problems caused by the design changes,but also to meet the specifications and design drawings required to be used in the case of the requirements.
