摘 要:随着人工膝关节的广泛应用,对其制造质量和性能要求也日益提高。钛合金因其优异的生物相容性、高强度和耐腐蚀性,成为制作人工膝关节的理想材料。然而,钛合金的加工难度较大,如何优化加工参数以提高加工精度、表面质量和生产效率成为亟待解决的问题。通过研究人工膝关节数控加工工艺,对不同切削速度、每齿进给量、切削宽度等关键参数进行对比,分析加工过程中切屑厚度和切削力变化,得到最优加工参数,为人工膝关节的高效加工提供了理论依据和实践指导。With the wide application of artificial knee joints,the requirements for their manufacturing quality and performance are increasing.Titanium ally has become an ideal material for making artificial knee joints due to its excellent biocompatibility,high strength and corrosion resistance.However,the machining of titanium alloy is difficult,and how to optimise the machining parameters in order to improve the machining precision,surface quality and production efficiency has become an urgent problem to be solved.By studying the CNC machining process of artificial knee joint,comparing the key parameters such as different cutting speeds,feed per tooth,cutting width,etc.,and analysing the changes of chip thickness and cutting force during the machining process,the optimal machining parameters are obtained,which provide a theoretical basis and practical guidance for the efficient machining of artificial knee joints.
