摘 要:为了提升隧道施工安全性,以新型无门架衬砌台车为例,介绍一种非标设备无门架衬砌台车优化设计方法。首先,简单介绍了无门架衬砌台车的基本情况,并以此为基础,利用ANSYS软件构建衬砌台车的有限元模型,并从不同工况角度出发,模拟分析了衬砌台车各模块的受力情况。最后根据受力分析结果提出相应的优化方案,并通过实践应用的方式验证优化结果是否达到要求。由实践验证结果可知,相对于未优化前,优化后的衬砌台车强度与刚度更高,有利于延长衬砌台车运行稳定性与使用寿命,可将该优化方法大规模推广。In order to improve the safety of tunnel construction,a non-standard equipment gantryless lining trolley optimisation design method is introduced by taking the new gantryless lining trolley as an example.First of all,the basic situation of the gantryless lining trolley is briefly introduced,and based on this,the finite element model of the lining trolley is constructed by using ANSYS sofware,and the force of each module of the lining trolley is simulated and analysed from the point of view of different working conditions.Finally,according to the results of force analysis,the corresponding optimisation scheme is proposed,and whether the optimisation results meet the requirements is verified through practical application.From the results of practical verification,it can be seen that the optimised lining trolley has higher strength and stffness compared with that before optimisation,which is conducive to prolonging the operational stability and service life of the lining trolley,and the optimisation method can be promoted on a large scale.
