摘 要:为进一步提升橡胶密炼机的性能以保证所制造橡胶的质量满足实际生产的要求,在对橡胶密炼机总体结构进行综合分析的基础上,基于UG和ANSYS软件构建的有限元仿真分析模型,重点对前转子在实际工况下的应变和应力进行综合分析,验证其转子强度是否满足生产要求;最后,针对传动过程中稳定性不佳的问题基于MATLAB软件对橡胶密炼机前后转子的传动参数进行了优化设计,在保证其刚度和强度满足要求的基础上达到减小传动机构体积,提升传动系统小型化的目的。In order to further improve the performance of the rubber compacting machine to ensure that the quality of the manufactured rubber meets the requirements of actual production,on the basis of comprehensive analysis of the overall structure of the rubber compacting machine,based on the finite element simulation and analysis model constructed by the UG and ANSYS software,focusing on the comprehensive analysis of the strain and stress of the front rotor under the actual working conditions,to verify that the strength of the rotor meets the requirements of the production;finally,to address the problem of poor stability in the transmission process based on the finite element simulation analysis model,the rotor strength assessment and transmission parameter miniaturisation is conducted.Finally,the transmission parameters of the front and rear rotors of the rubber refiner are optimised based on MATLAB software to ensure that their stiffness and strength meet the requirements on the basis of reducing the size of the transmission mechanism and improving the miniaturisation of the transmission system.
