摘 要:以GD型矿用钢丝绳牵引带式输送机中双楔半自动卡绳器部位为研究对象,通过静力学分析方法展开研究。在对卡绳器进行建模的基础上,重点研究了卡绳器在水平和垂直两个方向的应力和变形情况,据此判断卡绳器需要重点优化的部位,并根据仿真分析结果,从提升摩擦力、提升材料强度两个方面着手,提出相应的优化建议,以期为今后的相关研究工作提供一定的参考。In order to further explore how to maintain long-term stable operation of mining belt conveyor,this study takes the double wedge semi-automatic rope clamp part of GD type mine steel wire rope traction belt conveyor as the research object,and carries out the research through static analysis method.Based on the modeling of the rope holder,the stress and deformation of the rope holder in both horizontal and vertical directions are studied,according to which the key parts of the rope holder need to be optimized are determined,and according to the simulation analysis results,the corresponding optimization suggestions are put forward from the aspects of improving friction and improving material strength,in order to provide some reference for future related research work.
