摘 要:井下煤仓内的原煤在储煤过程中,由于含水量及温度变化等因素的影响,会黏附在煤仓内壁或出料口附近,从而导致煤仓使用容积降低甚至是出现堵塞现象。根据井下煤仓清理装置的使用场景以及使用需求,设计了一种原煤仓内壁清理装置,采用三维建模软件Solidworks对清理装置进行建模设计。其次对煤仓清理过程中的控制系统进行方案设计,并完成PLC程序设计、上位机界面设计以及上位机和下位机之间通信方案设计。最后对控制系统进行验证,从而验证原煤仓内壁清理装置控制系统的设计合理性。During the coal storage process in underground coal bunkers,due to factors such as water content and temperature changes,the raw coal will adhere to the side walls or near the discharge port of the coal bunkers,resulting in a decrease in the usable volume of the coal bunkers or even blockage.Based on the usage scenarios and requirements of the underground coal bunker cleaning device,a raw coal bunker inner wall cleaning device was designed,and the cleaning device was modeled and designed using the 3D modeling software solidworks.Secondly,design the control system for the coal bunker cleaning process,and complete the PLC program design,upper computer interface design,and communication scheme design between upper and lower computers.Finally,the control system was verified to verify the rationality of the design of the control system for the inner wall cleaning device of the raw coal bunker.
