摘 要:由于带速对皮带张力有明显的影响,基于此,设计了调速与调张力结合的方法,一方面制定了启制动过程加速度变化曲线,降低张力所受到的影响;另一方面,采用模糊PID算法对皮带张力进行控制,降低启制动、运行、载荷变化情况下皮带张力的波动。调速和调张力结合的策略,实现了矿用带式输送机从启动、运行到最后制动过程中皮带张力的稳定,确保生产安全。Since the belt speed has an obvious influence on the belt tension,a method combining speed and tension regulation is designed for this purpose.On the one hand,the acceleration change curve of the starting and braking process is formulated to reduce the influence on the tension,and on the other hand,a fuzzy PID algorithm is adopted to control the belt tension to reduce the fluctuation of the belt tension under the situation of starting and braking,operation and load change.The strategy of combining speed control and tension control realizes the stabilization of belt tension during the process of starting,running and finally braking of the mining belt conveyor and ensures the production safety.
