摘 要:基于区间二型模糊算法设计带速煤流量匹配算法,通过设计鲁棒性强的二自由度PID算法对输送机的电机进行调速控制,以此设计带式输送机自动节能控制系统。经过在MATLAB/Simulink环境下对整个节能系统进行仿真验证,发现基于节能优化的带式输送机智能控制系统设计不仅在上升时间、调整时间及绝对误差方面实现了明显改善,而且实际输送机带速不仅紧密贴近于期望的带速,甚至在多数情况下略有超出。Based on the interval two-type fuzzy algorithm to design the matching algorithm of belt speed and coal flow,and through the design of robust two-degree-of-freedom PID algorithm to control the speed of the motor of the conveyor,in order to design the automatic energy-saving control system of the belt conveyor,and after the simulation and verification of the whole energy-saving system under the environment of MATLAB/Simulink,it is found that the intelligent control system of the belt conveyor based on the energy-saving optimization It is found that the intelligent control system of belt conveyor based on energy-saving optimization not only realizes obvious improvement in rise time,adjustment time and absolute error,but also the actual belt speed of conveyor is not only close to the desired belt speed,but even slightly exceeds it in most cases.
