摘 要:截割减速器在正常掘进作业时发生漏油现象,经多次现场勘察和进一步分析,发现多为浮动密封损坏,结合截割减速器结构分布,指出滚动轴承的游隙与减速器漏油现象有直接联系;对轴承游隙计算方式进行说明,提出应结合实际应用工况环境考虑油液污染、冲击振动等因素对轴承游隙计算的影响进而提升游隙计算精度,为行业相关设计从业者提供一定的参考和借鉴。During normal excavation operations,the cutting reducer experienced oil leakage.After multiple on-site investigations and further analysis,it was found that the floating seal was mostly damaged.Based on the structural distribution of the cutting reducer,it was pointed out that the clearance of the rolling bearing is directly related to the oil leakage of the reducer;Explain the calculation method of bearing clearance and propose that the impact of oil pollution,impact vibration,and other factors on bearing clearance calculation should be considered in conjunction with practical application conditions,in order to improve the accuracy of clearance calculation and provide certain reference and reference for industry related design practitioners.
