摘 要:对综采装备顺槽集中控制系统进行研究,提出了综采装备“三机”协同集中控制关键技术,对子系统进行了介绍,包括采煤机远程监控与惯性导航系统、液压支架联动控制系统和乳化液泵站远程监控系统。经在山西某煤矿运输顺槽现场应用后表明顺槽集中控制系统实现了对综采装备的远程智能运维,降低了工人劳动强度,提高了设备控制精度,设备的定位精度偏差达到了厘米级,大大提高了煤矿综采工作面智能化水平,为实现综采工作面无人化和智能化提供参考。The centralised control system of comprehensive mining equipment is studied,the key technology of coordinated centralised control of three machines is proposed,and the sub-systems are introduced,including remote monitoring and inertial navigation system of coal mining machine,linkage control system of hydraulic bracket and remote monitoring system of emulsion pumping station.After the application in a coal mine in Shanxi,it shows that the centralized control system of downream has realized the remote intelligent operation and maintenance of the comprehensive mining equipment,reduced the labour intensity of the workers,improved the control accuracy of the equipment,and the deviation of the positioning accuracy of the equipment reaches centimetre level,which greatly improves the level of the intelligence of the comprehensive mining face of the coal mine,and provides a reference to the realization of the unmanned and intelligent comprehensive mining workface.
