摘 要:井工煤矿提升机运行负载大、工况环境差,保障其运行可靠性至关重要。针对矿井常用的JKM-2.8×6P型多绳摩擦式提升机,在分析其结构参数的基础上,结合提升机钢丝绳5个运行阶段的张力特征,分析其张力不平衡特征及诱发因素,设计使用了提升机钢丝绳张力自动平衡装置,并结合实践制定了其他切实有效的张力平衡措施,成功进行了现场运用,保障了提升机安全可靠运行,实现了预期的研究目的。With large loads and poor working conditions,it is crucial to ensure the reliability of the hoist in underground coal mines.For the mine commonly used JKM-2.8×6P type multi-rope friction type hoist,on the basis of analysing its structural parameters,combined with the tension characteristics of the hoist wire rope in five operating stages,analyse its tension imbalance characteristics and triggering factors,design and use of the hoist wire rope tension automatic balancing device,and combined with the practice of formulating other practical and effective tension balancing measures,the success of the field application to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the hoist,and ensure the reliability of its operation,and to ensure the safety and reliability of the hoist.The safe and reliable operation of the hoist,to achieve the expected purpose of the study.
