摘  要:针对机床加工工艺方案评选中存在多种影响因素问题,以表面粗糙度、磨削力和噪声因素为决策指标,建立了机械加工工艺方案的组合评价模型。在分析机床加工工艺模型的基础上,给出了综合运用距离法计算不同工艺参数贴近度的评估方案。各评价方法获得的排序结果基本接近。三种距离对工艺参数都具有较高的评价。该研究有助于提高磨削加工节能效果,为后续的工艺优化奠定一定的基础。Aiming at the problems of many influencing factors in the selection of machining process schemes,a combined evaluation model of machining process schemes was established with surface roughness,grinding force and noise factors as decision indexes.On the basis of analyzing the machining process model of machine tool,the evaluation scheme of calculating the close degree of different process parameters by using the distance method is given.The ranking results obtained by each evaluation method are basically similar.The three distances have high evaluation on the process parameters.The research is helpful to improve the energy saving effect of grinding process and lay a certain foundation for the subsequent process optimization.
