长春宽城区近代建筑遗产的保护与再生研究——以大和旅馆为例

摘　　要：大和旅馆是长春市具有代表性的近代建筑遗产之一,不仅见证了长春地区的繁荣和发展,也见证了旅馆行业在东北地区的兴衰。文章通过实地调研以及资料搜集,梳理了长春市大和旅馆的建造演变过程并分析其所拥有的遗产价值。通过从建筑的外观、内部装修、建筑修复以及建筑当代现状总结出建筑遗产的保护策略和实施办法,为我国近现代建筑的遗产保护和再生提供经验借鉴。Yamato Hotel is one of the representative modern architectural heritages in Changchun,which has witnessed the prosperity and development of Changchun as well as the rise and fall of the hotel industry in Northeast China.Through field research and data collection,this paper traced the construction and evolution of Yamato Hotel in Changchun and analyzed its heritage value.By summarizing the protection strategies and implementation methods for the architectural heritage in terms of the building's exterior,internal decoration,architectural restoration,and current status,this paper could provide empirical reference for the protection and regeneration of modern architectural heritage in China.
