乡村振兴背景下民族地区农户土地流转意愿及影响因素——以喀什地区为例  

Willingness and Influencing Factors of Farmers’Land Transfer in Ethnic Areas under the Background of Rural Revitalization:A Case Study of Kashgar Region

摘　　要：基于新疆喀什地区12个县级行政区农户的323份调查问卷,筛选出17个变量因子,建立二元Logistic回归模型。调查发现喀什地区农户土地流转意愿较强,超过一半的农户愿意进行土地流转。从回归结果来看,文化水平、国语水平、家庭劳动人口、是否有外出务工经历等是影响土地流转意愿的重要影响因素。从提升富余劳动力转移、加强土地流转政策宣传、提高农户国语水平等多个方面提出促进喀什地区土地流转的建议。Taking farmers in 12 county-level administrative regions in Kashgar,Xinjiang as the research object,323 questionnaires were screened out,17 variable factors were screened out,and a binary logistic regression model was established.It is found that farmers in Kashgar have a strong willingness to transfer land,and more than half of farmers are willing to transfer land.From the regression results,cultural level,national language level,family working population,and whether they have migrant work experience are important factors affecting the willingness of land transfer.Suggestions are put forward to promote land transfer in Kashgar from the aspects of improving the transfer of surplus labor force,strengthening the publicity of land transfer policy,and improving the national language level of farmers.
