高校产学研深度融合与校属企业高质量发展共赢路径探析

摘　　要：随着世界百年未有之大变局加速演进,新一轮科技革命和产业变革深入发展,产学研范式正在发生深刻变化。以企业为主体的产学研深度融合已成为面向中国式现代化建设,构建新型国家创新体系的重要保障。分析了高校产学研与校属企业的关系辩证及产学研深度融合对校属企业高质量发展的作用机制,从构建产学研深度融合的长效机制、强化校属企业的主体地位及加大政策支持与投入力度等方面阐述共赢路径与措施,为促进科技成果转化、加快形成新质生产力提供借鉴。With the accelerated evolution of the great changes unseen in a century and the in-depth development of a new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation,profound changes are taking place in the paradigm of industry-university-research(IUR)collaboration.The deep integration of industry-university-research,with enterprises as the mainstay,has become a crucial guarantee for China’s modernization construction and the establishment of a new national innovation system.The dialectical relationship between industry-university-research cooperation and university-affiliated enterprises,as well as the mechanism of how the deep integration of industry-university-research contributes to the high-quality development of university-affiliated enterprises,was analyzed.It elaborates on the win-win approach and measures from perspectives such as building a long-term mechanism for deep IUR integration,strengthening the dominant position of university-affiliated enterprises,and increasing policy support and investment.Valuable insights are provided for propelling the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and hastening the formation of new quality productive forces.
