摘　　要：“在当下的各种历史条件下,中美战略博奔和性质、法美特殊关系决定了中法关系的走向和演变。这其中法美特殊关系是主要变量。”今年是中法建交六十周年。回顾这六十年,有两点是核心。第一,法国是第一个和中国建立大使级外交关系的西方大国;第二,六十年间双边关系起伏跌岩,风云变幻。从国际关系角度,这两点其实是一点:国家战略利益决定了双边关系的发展和走向。This year marks the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and France.Looking back on these sixty years,two points are at the core.First,France is the first major Western country to establish ambassadorial-level diplomatic rela tions with China.Second,bilateral relations have experienced ups and downs over the past sixty years.From the perspective of international relations,these two points are actually the same thing:national strategic interests determine the development and direction of bilateral relations.
