摘　　要：菌群平衡对机体维持健康非常重要,过去人们重点关注肠道菌群的失衡与疾病的关系,肠道菌群与人体健康的相关研究全面而深入。早期肺部被认为是无菌的,人们未关注肺部菌群失衡与疾病的关系。随着细菌16S rRNA基因测序技术的出现和蓬勃发展,一些研究发现健康肺部标本中有多种细菌,表明健康人的肺部也存在细菌定植,在免疫系统和肺部微生态平衡的共同调节下,不引发疾病,但当机体免疫力下降或诱发炎症反应时,肺部的微生态平衡被打破,进而影响疾病的发生发展。菌群平衡与人体健康密切相关,而基于口腔菌群对肺部菌群的塑造作用与呼吸系统疾病关系的研究较少。本文就口腔菌群对肺部菌群的塑造介导的炎症反应与呼吸系统疾病的关系作一综述。The balance of microflora is very important for the body to maintain health.In the past,people focused on the relationship between the imbalance of intestinal microflora and diseases.The related research on intestinal microflora and human health is comprehensive and in-depth.The lung used to be considered sterile,which did not cause people to observe the relationship between the imbalance of lung microflora and diseases.With the emergence and vigorous development of bacterial 16S rRNA gene high-throughput sequencing technology,some studies have shown that a variety of bacteria exist in healthy lung specimens,indicating that healthy people have bacterial colonization in the lungs.Under the joint regulation of the immune system and microecological balance of lung,diseases will not develop.However,when the body's immunity declines or inflammatory reaction is induced,the ecological balance of the lung microflora is broken,which affects the occurrence and development of disease.Microflora balance is closely related to human health,while there are few studies based on the relationship between the shaping effect of oral microflora on lung microflora and respiratory diseases.This article provides a review on the relationship between inflammation mediated by the shaping of oral microflora on lung microflora and respiratory diseases.
