农村数字基础设施建设赋能乡村振兴的路径——基于数字化与现代农业产业融合的视角

摘　　要：基于2009—2022年26个省份的面板数据,利用时变熵权-CRITIC赋权法测度乡村振兴发展水平,并实证检验农村数字基础设施建设对乡村振兴的影响及作用机制。研究发现,我国乡村振兴发展水平逐年稳步提高,但仍存在着区域发展不平衡的问题,具体体现为中部地区的双波峰现象与西部地区的多极化现象。机制检验发现,农村数字基础设施建设主要通过提升农业生产率单边推动乡村振兴发展,表明现阶段我国的数字化与现代农业产业融合仍停留在浅层阶段。应充分调用数据要素,开创新的业态,这是促进数字化与现代农业产业深度融合进而全面推动乡村振兴的有效途径。Based on the panel data of 26 provinces from 2009 to 2022,this paper used the time varying entropy right-CRITIC method to measure the development level of rural revitalization,and empirically tested the influence and action mechanism of rural digital infrastructure construction on rural revitalization.This paper found that the development level of rural revitalization in China has been steadily improving year by year,but there still existed the problem of imbalanced regional development,specifically manifested as the dual-peak phenomenon in the central region and the multi-polar phenomenon in the western region.Mechanism test revealed that,rural digital infrastructure construction promoted rural revitalization mainly through increasing agricultural productivity unilaterally,which indicated that the integration of digitization with modern agricultural industries in our country was still at a superficial stage at this phase.Therefore,we should fully utilize data elements and create new business models,so as to promote the deep integration of digitization with modern agricultural industries,thereby comprehensively advancing rural revitalization.
