摘 要:传统活塞式压力计校准过程中存在人为调节砝码引入的不确定度大,费时费力等问题。文章开展了基于磁平衡原理的活塞式压力计检定(校准)方法优化研究,搭建了基于磁平衡原理的质量实测装置模型,将手动定量添减砝码的校准过程替换为磁铁斥力平衡状态下的砝码重力测量;构建了磁铁间距与等效校准砝码质量之间的数学模型关系,通过精确控制调节磁铁间距分段区间,实现不同分辨力要求的参数测量。实验结果表明,所设计搭建装置的测量数据具有较好的重复性和稳定性,覆盖了从10 mg到1000 mg的质量校准范围,微小砝码质量的调节分辨力能够达到10 mg,实现了高精度测量,为活塞式压力计检定(校准)装置的优化设计提供了新的思路。In the calibration process of traditional piston manometer,there are some problems such as high ancertainty and high time consumption.This paper carried out optimization research on verification(calibration)method of piston manometer based on magnetic balance principle,and built a mass measurement device model based on magnetic balance principle.The calibration process of manually adding and reducing weights was replaced by weight gravity measurement under the state of magnet repulsion balance.The mathematical model relationship between the magnet spacing and the mass of equivalent calibration weights is established.By precisely controlling and adjusting the segment interval of the magnet spacing,the parameters of different resolution requirements are measured.The experimental results show that the measurement data of the designed and constructed device has good repeatability and stability,covering the mass calibration range from 10 mg to 1000 mg,the adjustment resolution of the microweight mass can reach 10 mg,and the high precision measurement is realized,which provides a new idea for the optimization design of the verification(calibration)device of the piston pressure gauge.
