摘  要:颗粒物切割器的切割效率是保证颗粒物测量精度重要条件,对其进行快速、准确可靠的测试评价非常关键。针对国内缺少PM_(10)多分散气溶胶切割器切割特性测试装置和方法,文章搭建一种基于多分散气溶胶静态箱法PM_(10)切割器性能试验装置。该系统采用气溶胶发生装置发生粉尘多分散颗粒物,利用静态箱装置对多分散颗粒物进行混匀,通过仿真优化静态箱结构、采样口及采样管路设计,采用空气动力学粒径谱仪对颗粒物进行测量。同时采用该装置对国内外不同原理和类型的PM_(10)切割器进行性能试验测试,验证了装置在PM_(10)切割器切割特性测试具有快速测量、稳定可靠等优势。The cutting efficiency of particulate matter cutter is an important condition to ensure the measurement accuracy of particulate matter,so it was very important to test and evaluate it quickly,accurately and reliably.In view of the lack of cutting characteristics testing devices and methods of PM_(10) polydisperse aerosol cutters in China,this paper builds a performance experimental device of PM_(10)cutters based on the static chamber method of polydisperse aerosol.In this system,the aerosol generating device was used to generate dust polydisperse particles,and the static chamber device was used to mix the polydisperse particles.The static box structure,sampling port and sampling pipe design were optimized by simulation,and the particles were measured by aerodynamic particle size spectrometer.At the same time,the device was used to test the performance of different principles and types of PM_(10) cutters at home and abroad,and it is verified that the device has the advantages of rapid measurement,stability and reliability in the cutting characteristics of PM_(10) cutters.
