摘 要:产品声功率测试关乎产品辐射噪声的强度,目前一般采用半消声室作为产品声功率测试环境,但由于半消声室近场效应的存在,导致测量结果产生误差,文章采用球形表面法,将声源包络在以声源声中心为球面中心的球形表面内,表面声压级测量布点按照GB/T 6882中的要求进行布点,通过设置3个圆形支架,可以实现20个点的表面声压级测量点。采用标准声源作为验证对象,通过与上级证书给出的标准声源测得的1/3倍频程声功率级进行比较,差值均在±1.0 dB以内,验证了该方法的合理性。The testing of product sound power is related to the intensity of product radiated noise.Currently,a semi anechoic chamber is generally used as the testing environment for product sound power.However,due to the near⁃field effect of the semi anechoic chamber,measurement results may produce errors.In this article,the spherical surface method is used to envelop the sound source on a spherical surface with the sound source center as the spherical center.The surface sound pressure level measurement points are arranged according to the requirements of GB/T 6882,By setting up three circular brackets,it is possible to achieve 20 surface sound pressure level measurement points.Using a standard sound source as the verification object,the rationality of this method was verified by comparing the 1/3 octave sound power level measured with the standard sound source provided by the superior certificate,and the difference was within±1 dB.
