摘 要:为有效降低模式竞争对太赫兹回旋管的影响,实现回旋管在太赫兹波段的大功率和高效率输出,对新型高频结构渐变纵向开槽同轴谐振腔的高频特性进行了详细研究。基于全波匹配法,推导并建立了渐变纵向开槽同轴谐振腔的场分布及色散关系,通过数值计算,分析了开槽数量的变化对特征根的影响,进而设计出具备良好模式选择性的渐变纵向开槽同轴谐振腔,能够应用于140 GHz同轴回旋管,大幅降低竞争模式对工作模式的影响。In order to effectively reduce the impact of mode competition on terahertz gyrotron and achieve high power and high efficiency output of gyrotron in the terahertz band,this paper conducts a detailed study on the high-frequency characteristics of a new high-frequency structure,tapered longitudinally slotted coaxial resonant cavity.Based on the full wave matching method,the field distribution and dispersion relationship of a tapered longitudinally slotted coaxial resonant cavity are derived and established.Through numerical calculations,the influence of changes in the number of slots on the characteristic roots is analyzed,and a tapered longitudinally slotted coaxial resonant cavity with good mode selectivity is designed,which can be applied to 140 GHz coaxial gyrotron and significantly reduce the impact of competitive modes on the working mode.
