摘　　要：本文旨在构建医院-虚拟社区-大学生志愿者-公益组织四级联动一体化新模式,为支持制定1型糖尿病(T1DM)防控措施提供参考依据,建立以专业主任医师为支撑的多学科医疗团队、以虚拟社区为基本结构单元的同伴支持互助团队、以T1DM患者为骨干的大学生志愿者团队、以公益组织为后援的联结平台的一体化新模式,以期解决卫生资源短缺的问题,为儿童青少年T1DM患者持续提供支持。This paper aims to build a new four-level linkage integration model of hospital-virtual community-college student volunteers-public welfare organizations,and provide reference for supporting the development of prevention and control measures for type 1 diabetes mellitus(T1DM).Establish a new integrated model of multidisciplinary medical team supported by professional chief physicians,peer support and mutual assistance team with virtual community as the basic structural unit,college student volunteer team with T1DM patients as the backbone,and connection platform with public welfare organizations as the backup,in order to solve the problem of shortage of health resources and provide continuous support for children and adolescents with T1DM patients.
