八髎灸联合滋肾方合五子衍宗丸治疗幼稚子宫的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察并分析八髎灸联合滋肾方合五子衍宗丸治疗幼稚子宫的临床疗效。方法:选取2019年5月至2024年2月赣州市南康区妇幼保健院中医妇科门诊收治的60例幼稚子宫患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例患者。给予对照组患者常规芬吗通激素替代治疗。在常规治疗基础上,给予观察组患者八髎灸联合滋肾方合五子衍宗丸治疗。对比两组患者治疗效果。结果:观察组患者基础窦卵泡个数多于对照组患者(P<0.05)。观察组患者子宫体积、子宫内膜厚度大于对照组患者(P<0.05)。观察组患者血清雌激素(E_(2))、抗缪勒氏管激素(AMH)的水平、排卵率、妊娠率高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:八髎灸联合滋肾方合五子衍宗丸治疗幼稚子宫效果显著,可促进患者子宫发育,改善其子宫内膜厚度,提高其排卵率、妊娠率,安全性高,不良反应少,值得临床应用推广。Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of Baliao moxibustion combined with nourishing kidney formula and Wuzi Yanzong pill in the treatment of infantile uterus.Method:From May 2019 to February 2024,60 patients with infantile uterus admitted to the gynecology clinic of traditional Chinese medicine in Nankang Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Ganzhou City were selected as the research objects,and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given conventional femoston hormone replacement therapy,and the patients in the observation group were given Baliao moxibustion combined with nourishing kidney formula and Wuzi Yanzong pill on the basis of conventional treatment.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The number of basal antral follicles in the observation group was more than that in control group(P<0.05).The uterine volume and endometrial thickness in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum estrogen(E_(2)),anti-Mullerian hormone(AMH),the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Baliao moxibustion combined with nourishing kidney formula and Wuzi Yanzong pill has significant effect on the treatment of infantile uterus,which can promote uterine development,improve endometrial thickness,increase the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate,and is safe and has few adverse reactions.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
