针刺联合神经康复治疗中重度周围性面瘫的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨针刺联合神经康复治疗中重度周围性面瘫的临床疗效。方法:选取2021年3月至2024年3月南阳市康复医院收治的120例中重度周围性面瘫患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组各60例,分别接受常规针刺治疗、常规针刺+神经康复治疗,对比两组临床疗效。结果:治疗后,试验组的面神经功能分级与Portmann面瘫简易评分均展现出显著优势,相较于对照组,其总有效率也明显更高,两组差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:针刺联合神经康复治疗能有效改善中重度周围性面瘫患者的面部功能,促进神经恢复,提高临床治疗有效率,效果显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with neural rehabilitation in the treatment of moderate and severe peripheral facial paralysis.Methods:A total of 120 patients with moderate to severe peripheral facial paralysis treated in Nanyang Rehabilitation Hospital from March 2021 to March 2024 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 60 cases in each group.They received conventional acupuncture treatment and conventional acupuncture combined with neural rehabilitation treatment,respectively.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:After treatment,the experimental group showed significant advantages in facial nerve function grading and Portmann facial paralysis simple score.Compared with the control group,the total effective rate was also significantly higher,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with neural rehabilitation therapy can effectively improve the facial function in patients with moderate to severe peripheral facial paralysis,promote neural recovery,and increase the clinical treatment efficiency.The effect is significant and worthy of clinical promotion and application.
