品管圈活动对降低住院患者血液标本溶血发生率的效果

摘　　要：目的:探究品管圈活动对降低住院患者血液标本溶血发生率的临床效果,以保证血液标本检查前质量达标率。方法:选取2021年1月至3月郑州大学第一附属医院就职的30名ICU护士作为研究对象。将其中15名ICU1病区护士设为观察组,采用品管圈方法对观察组护士采血质量进行管理。将其中15名ICU2病区护士设为对照组,采用绩效奖惩方法对对照组护士采血质量进行管理。比较两组护士采血质量、采血知识-态度-行为、护士支持度及采血知识了解度。结果:观察组护士采集血液标本溶血发生率低于对照组护士(P<0.05)。观察组护士采血知识-态度-行为调查表评分高于对照组护士(P<0.05)。观察组护士支持率高于对照组护士(P<0.05)。观察组护士采血知识了解度评分高于对照组护士(P<0.05)。结论:采用品管圈方法对护士采血质量进行管理,可改善其采取血液标本质量,提高其专业知识,降低住院患者血液标本溶血发生率,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of quality control circle activities on reducing the incidence of hemolysis in blood samples of hospitalized patients,so as to ensure the quality compliance rate of blood samples before examination.Methods:Thirty ICU nurses working in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January to March 2021 were selected as the research subjects.Among them,15 nurses in ICU1 ward were set as the observation group,and the quality of blood collection was managed by using quality control circle method,and 15 nurses in ICU2 ward were set as control group,and the blood collection quality of nurses in the control group was managed by performance reward and punishment method.Blood collection quality,blood collection knowledge-attitude-behavior,nurse support rate and understanding of blood collection knowledge were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of hemolysis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The blood collection knowledge-attitude-behavior questionnaire score of nurses in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The support rate of nurses in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The understanding degree score of blood collection knowledge of nurses in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Adopting quality control circle method to manage the blood collection quality of nurses can improve the quality of blood samples,enhance their professional knowledge,and reduce the incidence of hemolysis in blood samples of inpatients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
