摘 要:为解决外转子轮毂电机永磁体与控制单元冷却不足的问题,根据电机旋转特点,本文提出以下冷却结构优化方案:(1)在电机端面增设带有反向整流板的通风口,并与电机部件间隙形成流动空气散热通道;(2)改进现有液冷通道。为细化冷却方案,通过电机强度分析确定通风口的数量、宽度和弧长;基于田口方法的因素-水平配置和正交实验,探索整流板高度、宽度及倾角与通风口参数的最优匹配;构建整流板导气模型,计算通风口气体流量和速度作为正交配置评判依据。电机剖面温度场对比表明:优化后的冷却结构散热效率明显提升,永磁体、控制单元及定子机架的最高温度显著降低且保持稳定,满足使用要求。该研究对外转子轮毂电机冷却结构优化具有借鉴意义。To improve the cooling effect of external rotor hub motor permanent magnet and control unit,two cooling structure optimization schemes were proposed in this paper according to the motor rotation characteristics.(1)The air vents with reverse baffle on two end faces of the motor were designed and a flow air cooling channel was formed with the gap between the motor components.(2)Improve the current liquid cooling channels.To refine the schemes,the vent numbers,width and arc length were determined by motor strength analysis.Based on the factor-level configurations and orthogonal experiments of Taguchi method,the optimal matching between baffle height,width,inclination and vent parameters was explored.And the vent gas flow and velocity as orthogonal configuration evaluation were calculated by baffle flow model.The temperature field comparison in motor profile shows that the cooling efficiency of optimized schemes is improved obviously.And the maximum temperatures in permanent magnet,control unit and stator frame are reduced signally and remain stable to meet requirements.The research has reference significance for external rotor hub motor to optimize its cooling structure.
