汉麻杆基碳材料在钠离子电池负极中的应用

摘  要:为研发低成本、高性能、低压平台容量占比高的钠离子电池负极用碳材料,本文从碳源的选择、材料的制备及其电化学性能的研究出发,采用廉价汉麻杆粉末作为碳源,高浓度碱造孔后进行高温煅烧,成功得到相应的多孔的短程有序、长程无序的负极碳材料。在钠离子电池中,0.5 A g^(-1)的电流密度下达到了230 mAh g^(-1)的比容量,0.1 V以下的平台容量占比达到了53.3%,200次循环的容量保持率达到了97.3%。To develop low-cost,high-performance,and high capacity ratio in the low-voltage platform carbon materials for sodium-ion batter.Starting from the selection of carbon sources,the preparation of materials,and their electrochemical performance,this paper employs cheap hemp stalk powder as the carbon source,and conducts high-temperature calcination after high-concentration alkali pore-formation,and corresponding porous anode electrode carbon materials with short-range order and long-range disorder are successfully obtained.In sodium-ion batteries,it exhibits a specific capacity of 230 mAh g^(-1)at a current density of 0.5 A g^(-1),with the proportion of capacity below 0.1 V reaching 53.3%,and a capacity retention rate of 97.3%after 200 cycles.
