摘 要:本文结合某30万吨VLCC油轮及LNG双燃料供给系统的用电设备配置情况及相关规范要求,阐述了本项目电力系统尤其是主配电板的改造方案及原船监测报警系统硬件和软件方面的改造方案设计。重新计算了全船电力负荷及全船配电系统的短路电流,结果表明,原船发电机和配电设备开关等能够满足改装后的要求。对各监测点的计算结果表明监测报警系统需要增加相应的信号采集模块及进行相应的软件升级以适应改装要求。此研究成果可为进一步深入研究优化LNG双燃料改装船舶电气系统的改造设计提供一定的参考。Based on the electrical equipment configuration and relevant regulatory requirements of a 300000 ton VLCC tanker and LNG dual fuel supply system,this paper elaborates on the renovation plan of the power system,especially the main distribution board,and the design of the hardware and software renovation plan for the original ship's monitoring and alarm system.The short-circuit current of the entire ship electrical load and distribution system was recalculated,and the results showed that the original ship generator and distribution equipment switches could meet the requirements after modification.The calculation results for each monitoring point indicate that the monitoring alarm system needs to add corresponding signal acquisition modules and perform corresponding software upgrades to meet the modification requirements.This research result can provide reference for further in-depth research and optimization of the retrofitting design of LNG dual-fuel retrofitting ship electrical systems.
